Manage and grow Polymarket’s affiliate program by onboarding partners, managing promo codes, overseeing payments, maintaining Impact and internal dashboards, delivering daily performance reporting, and enforcing compliance. Prospect and develop affiliates across SEO, media buying, creator/influencer, and DSP channels. The role requires hands-on experience with Impact, AppsFlyer, affiliate tracking, and partner account management, preferably in sports betting, prediction markets, or real-money gaming.

Build and lead Polymarket’s fraud operations function, including investigation workflows, SOPs, case routing, escalation paths, SLAs, QA processes, and reporting. Manage Fraud Analysts and BPO partners, oversee performance and capacity, investigate fraud typologies, identify process bottlenecks, and partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Fraud Strategy to improve detection, automation, and prevention.

Lead ownership of web performance: set architecture, standards, and tooling for rendering, caching, CDNs, and observability. Optimize critical rendering path, implement caching/CDN strategies, build RUM and synthetic monitoring, and drive performance standards across engineering.
