The Project Engineer evaluates product feasibility, develops plans from purchase order through production release, reviews mold designs, coordinates sampling and customer approvals, and supports product launches. The role improves injection molding processes, quality, productivity, scrap, and setup times; resolves manufacturing and tooling issues; identifies cost savings; and collaborates with customers, sales, mold makers, and internal departments.
