Lead end-to-end execution of industrial engineering projects for chemical/petrochemical plastic-recycling technology. Manage project planning, FEED, detailed design, procurement, vendor/contractor engagement, cost control, process safety (HAZOP), commissioning and start-up. Review mechanical designs, manage fabrication, liaise with statutory bodies, prepare MIS reports, and lead small multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and quality standards.
