Supports B2B marketing and sales enablement through technical content creation, campaign coordination, website and CRM management, lead support, product launches, event execution, and performance reporting. Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and external vendors to translate technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging, maintain accurate marketing materials, support account-based initiatives, and improve commercial effectiveness.

Quality Engineer supporting customer, supplier, production, and engineering teams with quality documentation, inspection standards, testing, calibration, measurement systems, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, capability studies, MSA, dimensional reporting, audits, and compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO standards. The role uses Minitab, OGP, and Keyence equipment and requires experience with automotive quality processes, injection molding, statistical methods, and quality problem-solving.

Coordinates the RFQ-to-quote process, including intake, internal information gathering, quotation preparation, quality checks, customer portal submissions, follow-up, and version control. Maintains CRM and ERP records, tracks quote activity and performance metrics, prepares reports, supports customer communications, and coordinates pre-production issue resolution and awarded-business handoffs. Provides administrative support to Sales and Marketing through document preparation, filing, meeting coordination, and cross-functional follow-up.
