Responsibilities include cost allocation, forecasting, vacancy planning, contract-level P&L reporting, reconciliations, controls, exception reporting, documentation, version management, and migration preparation. The role supports Finance Business Partners, uses Microsoft Copilot and approved AI tools, and trains users on controlled model inputs and outputs.

Supports the Director of Compliance in managing Lloyd’s compliance across international territories, including Singapore and Japan. Responsibilities include regulatory monitoring, reporting, returns, registrations, policy development, governance support, compliance planning, regulator relationships, regulatory analysis, and advising management on compliance risks. The role also promotes compliance culture, embeds regulatory requirements into operations, and supports new business initiatives while ensuring FCA Conduct Rules compliance.

Administers and develops the Sage Intacct finance system, managing user access, permissions, segregation-of-duties controls, master data, workflows, reporting, and period-end processes. Provides system training, onboarding, user support, configuration enhancements, and finance systems expertise across the business. Collaborates with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to maintain data integrity, compliance, and efficient financial workflows.
