Teams at Polk County Board of County Commissioners

Perform budget development and analysis, coordinate county operating and capital budgets, recommend funding and fiscal policy, conduct management and operational studies, prepare reports and presentations, train fiscal staff, administer tax abatement and incentive programs, and supervise CRA reporting and related project management.

Support the Traffic Control Supervisor with office management, dispatching sign installation staff, processing work orders and invoices, maintaining databases and spreadsheets, tracking sign fabrication and vehicle maintenance, scheduling CDL physicals, responding to citizen inquiries, and performing occasional unskilled sign fabrication labor and general administrative duties.

Performs governmental budgeting, fiscal analysis, and management studies. Reviews and prepares operational and capital budget recommendations, analyzes departmental requests, prepares reports on cost of services, maintains program reporting formats, and assists with contract/grant funding processes and staff training on budget policies.
