Fact-check and copy edit articles in the content management system, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to POLITICO and AP style. Optimize content for digital platforms and search, review multimedia and headlines, and collaborate with reporters and editorial teams. Provide flexible editing support during breaking news, major events, special projects, and staffing gaps.

Prospect for new business opportunities, research potential clients, conduct inbound and outbound outreach, schedule qualified meetings, prepare Account Executives for sales discussions, and support prospects throughout the evaluation process, including trial management. The role focuses on generating revenue for POLITICO’s Professional Subscriptions team and delivering a strong client experience.
