Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, vendor reconciliations, aging, and documentation. Analyze data warehouse transactions, prepare billing and journal entries, perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end closing. Assist with management reports and audit schedules while maintaining accounting standards, internal controls, and accurate records.

Own and manage a portfolio of B2B partner accounts after deal closure. Monitor partner performance, conduct business reviews in Mandarin when needed, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and launch offerings, identify expansion opportunities, maintain account data and contracts, and prepare partner-facing reports and proposals.

Leads end-to-end M&A and strategic investment transactions, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, negotiations, board materials, synergy assessment, and post-merger integration planning. Partners with senior leadership, Finance, Legal, Tax, Operations, lenders, and external advisors to execute deals. Monitors market trends, presents recommendations, and oversees junior team members supporting transaction activities.
