The Principal Product Manager will define the product vision for Life and Critical Illness, drive execution, ensure measurable success, and collaborate with various teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Lead and scale a team of full-stack and AI engineers to design, build, and deploy production AI-powered web applications. Drive architecture, cloud/ML infrastructure, DevOps and data pipelines; mentor engineers; collaborate with product, design, and QA; and ensure scalable, reliable, secure AI systems and responsible AI practices.

Lead go-to-market strategy for new customer segments and product lines across Life, Health, and Home & Auto. Run primary research, design and execute GTM experiments, write positioning, and partner with product, sales, and operations to launch and scale profitable growth initiatives. Build repeatable playbooks and drive data-backed decisions to prioritize and optimize channels and messaging.
