Supports and maintains Cisco branch and office network infrastructure, including routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPNs, monitoring, security compliance, and equipment lifecycle management. Troubleshoots network issues, performs deployments and updates, maintains documentation, coordinates vendors, supports unified communications, and participates in projects and on-call escalation rotations. The role requires branch site visits, after-hours changes, occasional weekend work, and physical equipment installation.

Leads advanced cybersecurity operations, including incident response, digital forensics, threat hunting, SIEM and EDR monitoring, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and remediation. Develops incident response playbooks and SOC procedures while mentoring analysts and coordinating with infrastructure teams to improve defensive capabilities.

Leads network security infrastructure projects, firewall and security-device management, incident escalation, vulnerability remediation, compliance reviews, architecture assessments, troubleshooting, documentation, and vendor coordination. Supports Cisco-focused network environments, including routing, WAN, VPN, VXLAN, and multi-VRF technologies. Participates in on-call operations, after-hours changes, and occasional travel to office and branch locations.
