Teams at Police Athletic League, Inc.

Coordinates advancement operations, fundraising projects, donor stewardship, communications, events, and partnership activities. Maintains project timelines, donor records, databases, meeting schedules, and reporting. Prepares donor materials, presentations, acknowledgments, and briefing documents while supporting board committee meetings and executive needs. Manages event logistics, sponsorship tracking, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid nonprofit environment.

Facilitate and support after-school activities for elementary students, including social-emotional learning, sports, arts, STEAM, literacy, homework help, and life skills. Create a safe and inclusive environment, implement provided curricula, support students with special needs and medical conditions, communicate with families, build positive relationships, attend trainings and meetings, and provide referrals when time-sensitive mental health support is needed.

Supervises and supports 4–5 youth coaches serving system-involved young people. Provides trauma-informed coaching guidance, reviews program data, monitors participant progress, facilitates professional development, supports crisis navigation, participates in hiring, coordinates with schools and community providers, conducts outreach, and ensures administrative and financial procedures are followed.
