Lead and manage all aspects of PAL’s SYEP contract for a borough: supervise staff, recruit and enroll youth, run trainings/workshops, manage worksites and community partnerships, ensure DYCD compliance and data entry, and report on program outcomes.

20-week stipend internship for NYC residents ages 16-19. Ten-week work readiness workshops followed by an internal or external internship placement. Interns assist worksite staff and must be team-oriented, adaptable, communicative, and willing to attend scheduled workshops.

Seasonal part-time Site Monitor travels daily between youth worksites, observes and documents participant performance, maintains timesheets and files, liaises with worksites and supervisors, collects evaluations, ensures safe supportive environments, assists with audits, attends trainings/meetings, and performs related administrative duties.
