Manage customer sales and service interactions for Polestar in Denmark. Responsibilities include following up on sales leads and test drives, handling email, chat, inbound and outbound calls, responding to social media inquiries, supporting financing and leasing questions, coordinating with test drive and handover centers, and representing Polestar at customer events.

Lead solution architecture across Polestar’s Salesforce ecosystem, designing scalable solutions for customer, sales, service, fleet, and commercial domains. Define architecture standards, integration patterns, data ownership principles, security controls, and governance practices. Collaborate with product, engineering, enterprise architecture, business, and external partner teams to align solutions with strategic objectives. Guide technical decisions, manage cross-team dependencies, reduce technical debt, support roadmap planning, and promote platform scalability, maintainability, and operational excellence.
