Collaboration spans software, hardware, systems architecture, functional safety, suppliers, and cross-functional R&D teams.

Coordinate Polestar Korea’s information security governance in partnership with HQ Security. Responsibilities include supporting K-ISMS compliance, audits, assessments, certifications, evidence and documentation management, action and issue tracking, stakeholder engagement, escalation, and status reporting. The role suits a structured professional with experience in governance, compliance, quality, controls, audit, risk, or process management. Previous information security experience is not required; training and ongoing support are provided.

Manage payment processes between Polestar and partners, monitor timely transactions, produce market registration and trend reports, support purchasing for customer vehicle deliveries, and assist the Sales Operations Manager with process and system improvements. The role supports the complete sales process for new and pre-owned vehicles and requires independent operational ownership, stakeholder coordination, automotive interest, and fluent German and English.
