Leads electrical system quality improvements for vehicle electronics and software. Investigates field and manufacturing issues through teardowns, failure analysis, data analysis, and structured problem-solving. Collaborates cross-functionally to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, assess quality systems, and validate improvements across electrical, infotainment, connected, propulsion, and autonomous vehicle systems.
