As a Production Intern, you will learn vehicle manufacturing processes, participate in Lean Six Sigma training, and assist assembly operations using various tools and equipment.

Design, implement, and optimize manual and automated manufacturing processes; troubleshoot equipment and process issues; lead continuous improvement and lean initiatives; develop process documentation, tooling, and work instructions; support new product introductions and production launches while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability, quality, productivity, and cost.

Design, develop, and deliver global strategic sourcing training programs; conduct needs analysis; manage LMS/LXP and content (e.g., SharePoint); lead large-scale projects; evaluate program effectiveness; build internal and external partnerships; ensure compliance and continuous improvement across sourcing learning initiatives.
