Manage the end-to-end development, sourcing, production, launch, and post-launch support of apparel, accessories, and collectible merchandise. Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, evaluate feasibility and costs, oversee sampling and quality, resolve production risks, onboard suppliers, and drive process improvements. The role requires managing multiple complex initiatives while balancing timelines, cost, quality, compliance, and brand expectations across global manufacturing partners.

Supports the EMEA Legal team with marketing, licensing, ecommerce, sales, IT, and operational matters. Reviews and clears promotional materials, drafts and negotiates vendor and marketing agreements under supervision, supports data protection compliance, conducts legal research, and improves legal processes through templates and workflow efficiencies.

Build and maintain financial data pipelines from Oracle Fusion Cloud, transform and validate reporting datasets, and develop Tableau dashboards. Translate Finance and Accounting requirements into technical specifications, ensure consistent metrics and data quality, document lineage and data dictionaries, support audits and forecasting, and provide ad hoc analysis. Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams while improving automation and training users on self-service reporting tools.
