Manage and grow Play! Pokemon retail partnerships and events across the U.S. and Canada. Drive program expansion, analyze market performance, support retailers and vendors, oversee contracts, represent the program at events, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase player participation and retailer success.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software and services. Lead complex feature implementations, participate in architecture and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system performance and processes. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices to deliver reliable customer-focused experiences.

Lead end-to-end execution of Play! Pokemon programs for Europe & SWANA: plan and launch physical and digital products, manage roadmaps, risks, KPIs, cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor junior team members to ensure regional program health and performance.
