Lead on-site operations for multi-robot physical + digital systems: ensure uptime, maintenance, scheduling, procurement, inventory, and facility readiness; recruit and train operators; design and build fixtures and tooling; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; architect scalable workflows, QA, and safety protocols to enable high-throughput, reproducible data production.

Build and operate full-stack systems from design through deployment for products that integrate physical robots and digital services. Own architecture, implement frontend and backend components, deploy on Kubernetes, instrument observability, and iterate quickly with user feedback.
