Provide Tier 1/2 global IT support across Israel, Europe, and the US; manage employee onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, identity lifecycle (Okta, Google Workspace), MDM/EDR endpoint health, office network and AV infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, vendor security assessments, and support SOC 2/ISO 27001 initiatives and audits.

Own post-sale lifecycle for enterprise accounts: onboarding, activation, renewals, expansions, forecasting, and NRR. Build multi-level relationships across engineering, FinOps/DevOps, and finance stakeholders, partner with SEs for activation, manage procurement/legal workflows, mitigate risk, and drive expansion and renewals.

Owner of inbound SMB deals and contributor to enterprise pipeline: prospect named accounts, run discovery with engineering and FinOps buyers, execute account plans, demo, negotiate, close SMB deals, represent the company at events, and maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene.
