Leads the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Institute’s research technology strategy, computing and data environments, governance, analytics, AI enablement, and digital transformation. Oversees technology roadmaps, data lifecycle management, software and vendor portfolios, budgets, compliance, and research technology partnerships. Supervises a team of four, advises researchers and leadership, and coordinates with enterprise IT, privacy, security, compliance, and external partners to align technology investments with scientific and institutional priorities.

Develop and maintain SAS programs for cleaning, linking, transforming, and analyzing large health insurance claims datasets. Create cohorts, analytic datasets, variables, descriptive statistics, and reports for health policy research. Collaborate with investigators, statisticians, clinicians, and senior programmers across projects involving maternal, child, and mental health. Support data quality checks, statistical analyses, meetings, manuscripts, and research reporting.

Supports enterprise and market strategy development by analyzing healthcare industry trends, competitive dynamics, legislation, customer needs, and financial implications. Coordinates strategic planning initiatives, prioritizes projects, develops growth targets and value propositions, supports scenario planning, and tracks initiative effectiveness. Collaborates with executives, business leaders, subject matter experts, vendors, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve strategic issues, and communicate recommendations across the organization.
