Teams at Point One Navigation

Performs hands-on manufacturing, assembly, repair, material handling, shipping, and receiving activities. Maintains organized, functional shop spaces and equipment, supports raw-material and finished-goods organization, follows complex procedures, and collaborates with engineering and operations. Requires safe use of mechanical and microelectronics tools, lifting up to 40 pounds, ladder work, prolonged standing, on-site attendance five days weekly, and a California driver's license.

Leads the Product organization’s strategy, roadmap, backlog, requirements, prioritization, and execution. Owns product direction for the positioning engine and client product, including indoor positioning growth opportunities. Partners with Engineering, executives, customers, Sales, and Customer Success to align delivery with market needs, communicate progress, and drive monetization, pricing, and portfolio impact.

Drive new business ARR by generating pipeline and closing enterprise deals for GNSS SaaS solutions. Conduct discovery, qualify opportunities, manage CRM, negotiate complex contracts, collaborate with technical and leadership teams, and travel ~30%.
