Leads fundraising for PLNU with an emphasis on athletics, cultivating alumni, parents, donors, and prospects. Develops solicitation and stewardship strategies, conducts donor visits, prepares gift proposals, solicits major and planned gifts, manages the donor pipeline, records activity in Raiser's Edge, and partners with Advancement and Athletics leadership. Requires substantial travel and evening or weekend event attendance.

Directs PLNU’s community and strategic partnership initiatives, building relationships with businesses, nonprofits, healthcare, education, and other sectors. Oversees partnership agreements, sponsorships, advisory boards, alumni mentorship, donor engagement, and university-wide coordination. Leads selection and adoption of a CRM or partnership tracking system, develops reporting dashboards, and aligns external engagement with institutional priorities. The role also supports workforce pathways, internships, tuition benefits, and career opportunities for students.

Lead and improve the university donor stewardship program, managing communications, recognition, giving societies, events, scholarship and endowment stewardship, data-driven evaluation, and collaboration across campus. Plan donor events, supervise student workers, and ensure timely donor recognition while supporting campaign and prospect management.
