Owns scholarship application portals, scholar CRM, eligibility requirements, payment workflows, lifecycle operations, communications campaigns, and program event infrastructure. Maintains data integrity, security, reporting, and privacy while collaborating with scholarship and scholar-program teams. Leads system improvements, requirement-completion outreach through email and SMS, and AI adoption to scale reliable operations for thousands of students.

Leads fundraising technology and development operations, overseeing donor databases, data integrity, reporting, analytics, gift processing, integrations, vendors, and compliance. Builds dashboards, forecasts, and technology roadmaps; pilots responsible AI solutions; supports campaigns and events; improves workflows; and trains staff. The role partners across Development, Finance, Marketing, Programs, and Technology while supervising one associate-level employee.

The Controller will manage day-to-day nonprofit accounting, including expenditures, reconciliations, scholarship payments, payroll entries, month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness. The role partners with the CFO and Program team, supervises one coordinator, improves finance workflows, strengthens data governance, and implements automation and AI to support scalable growth. This is a hands-on position requiring strong accounting, reporting, systems, audit, and staff development experience.
