Teams at Point C

Serve as primary client support within the Client Services team for retention and satisfaction. Provide administrative and operational support, generate client reports, coordinate issue resolution across departments and partners, and participate in client-facing activities like benefit fairs and enrollment meetings.

Process and adjudicate medical claims for a TPA, manage adjustments, appeals, and subrogation, ensure compliance with plan documents and stop-loss terms, meet production and accuracy standards, respond to inquiries, and follow up on missing information to finalize accurate claim payments.

Build and maintain full-stack Azure-hosted portals and an EDI processing platform. Develop APIs, UI, data layers, CRM integrations, and AI/automation features. Participate in architecture, CI/CD, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver production-ready solutions.
