Support Account Managers with client and broker relationship management, prepare client-facing documents and meeting materials, use AI tools to research and draft communications, maintain client records, and assist with follow-up and account deliverables during a 1012 week internship.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and fostering long-term partnerships while overseeing client lifecycle activities.

Lead enterprise-wide Zendesk configuration and roadmap: translate stakeholder needs into platform enhancements, manage integrations, roles, permissions, reporting, vendor relationships, rollout, training, and ongoing support to optimize service operations across Claims, Client Services, and Account Management.
