Supports operations, office management, finance, HR administration, leadership meetings, employee programs, events, company devices, purchasing, expense reconciliation, payroll documentation, benefits, and union communications. The role requires strong organization, spreadsheet skills, discretion, initiative, and professional communication. It is primarily remote but requires onsite work in Vancouver one to two times weekly and occasional event support.

Develop strategy for major political, labour, nonprofit, and advocacy campaigns. Lead discovery, research, audience insights, communications, paid media, organizing plans, workshops, presentations, and campaign reporting. Advise clients, guide internal teams, support proposals and pitches, cultivate relationships, provide thought leadership, and mentor strategists. Requires experience with Ontario labour or political campaigns, campaign technology, and flexible travel and work hours.
