Leads large, complex client engagements involving perioperative and hospital operations transformation. Responsibilities include managing project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, workstreams, deliverables, and client relationships; guiding teams; supporting business development; coaching consultants; and improving delivery methods. The role requires extensive perioperative services and hospital operations leadership experience, process improvement expertise in clinical environments, client-facing consulting capability, and up to 80% travel.

Supports client-facing technology consulting engagements by leading small projects or workstreams. Plans and manages project activities, develops schedules and documentation, analyzes data, tracks risks and issues, facilitates meetings, and collaborates with clients and technical teams. The Associate also contributes to business development, internal operational initiatives, service offerings, and team development. The role requires onsite flexibility, remote work, extensive travel, and occasional non-standard hours.

Leads life sciences operations transformation consulting, combining automation, AI, data-driven technologies, and process redesign across clinical development, R&D, commercial, regulatory, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. Builds client relationships and business portfolios, advises executive stakeholders, develops offerings and go-to-market strategies, establishes delivery standards, leads complex engagements, and mentors teams. Requires deep clinical operations expertise, consulting leadership, business development experience, and the ability to travel up to 80%.
