Own revenue operations and FP&A processes, including pipeline governance, forecasting, Salesforce reporting, account planning, annual planning, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling. Partner cross-functionally to align pipeline, bookings, staffing, utilization, and revenue data, improve forecast accuracy, streamline opportunity-to-assignment processes, and provide leadership with actionable performance insights.

Leads client-facing workstreams involving process improvement, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled transformation. Responsibilities include analyzing processes, operating models, data, and technology; facilitating workshops; developing future-state designs, business cases, roadmaps, and requirements; and partnering with technical teams on automation solutions. The Associate also supports implementation, change management, business development, client relationships, and mentoring analysts.

Supports client-facing technology consulting engagements by leading small projects or workstreams. Plans and manages project activities, develops schedules and documentation, analyzes data, tracks risks and issues, facilitates meetings, and collaborates with clients and technical teams. The Associate also contributes to business development, internal operational initiatives, service offerings, and team development. The role requires onsite flexibility, remote work, extensive travel, and occasional non-standard hours.
