Process grain settlements, issue timely payments to grain customers, reconcile general ledger and bank accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain documentation, support cross-team information flow, and identify process improvements to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Coordinate and schedule daily shipments from production facilities to customers, optimize transportation resources, manage carriers and terminals, monitor shipment status, resolve delays, and support inventory positions to ensure uninterrupted product supply.

The Planner/Scheduler will oversee daily maintenance planning, coordinate contractors, ensure work order quality, and maintain safety and production targets on-site in Ashton, IA.
