It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, up to 50% travel, and occasional physical work at bioprocessing facilities.

The Plant Engineer supports bioprocessing facility operations through continuous improvement, troubleshooting, capital projects, process optimization, shutdown planning, safety documentation, and cost-saving initiatives. The role analyzes process data, develops action plans, coordinates procedures, supports management of change and process safety programs, and serves as a subject matter expert. This on-site position requires collaboration with facility leadership and engineers and includes physical work in demanding industrial environments.
