Lead facility laboratory operations, manage quality and food/feed certification programs, supervise lab staff, ensure SOP compliance, monitor and optimize fermentation and product quality, support audits, and drive continuous improvement for bioethanol production.

Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll, administer time tracking, ensure payroll tax compliance and reporting, handle garnishments and employee payroll inquiries, maintain HRIS tax configurations, collaborate with Tax/Finance, document and improve payroll SOPs, and support audits and system issue resolution.

Build and maintain scalable, high-availability data systems and ELT pipelines combining sensor, financial, and commodity data. Design enterprise data solutions, optimize storage and retrieval, ensure data quality, and partner with stakeholders to enable analytics across the business.
