Manage leave and benefits administration including FMLA, short/long-term disability, workers' compensation, onboarding, enrollments, claims resolution, audits, and open enrollment support. Educate team members, coordinate benefit events, partner with Payroll, and recommend process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with laws and company policies.

Work with site leadership to maintain and optimize bioprocessing plant operations, lead capital and continuous-improvement projects, analyze process data, support shutdowns, manage safety/process documentation, and serve as a unit operations subject-matter expert.

Lead design, development, testing, and delivery of complex .NET applications. Mentor developers, estimate effort, produce documentation, define user experience, and serve as subject matter expert across systems.
