Lead Poesis’s AI strategy and research agenda for autonomous investing. Define technical direction, guide frontier research in foundation models, agentic systems, world models, and tabular machine learning, and develop models for complex financial problems involving small, high-dimensional datasets. This hands-on leadership role combines research leadership with direct technical contributions, including model training, experimentation, implementation, and mentoring other researchers.
