Own full-stack features end to end, from design through production, while influencing architecture and collaborating with product, design, and business stakeholders. Leads and develops a team of Onboarding Managers responsible for customer implementations, adoption, satisfaction, escalations, and handoffs to Customer Success. Oversees performance metrics, capacity planning, cross-functional collaboration, process standardization, team development, and scalable operational improvements. The role also promotes AI and automation to improve customer and employee experiences in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
