Own end-to-end commission strategy and payout processes, design commission plans, partner with Sales/Customer Success and People, and direct domestic and international payroll operations. Ensure compliance with wage and payroll laws, maintain system integrations between HR/benefits/accounting, and implement automation to streamline payroll and reporting.
