The Customer Onboarding Specialist at Podium manages the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring product adoption, training, and issue resolution within the first 30 days.

The Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for departments including Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and G&A, developing strategies and managing metrics to improve hiring processes.

Lead design and implementation of native iOS and Android apps to support agentic AI workflows. Build low-latency streaming, multi-turn conversation handling, client-side agent state management, and reliable CI/CD on AWS. Own mobile architecture and lifecycle, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and prototype solutions for offline sync and high-volume data challenges.
