Conducts outbound patient outreach to introduce the SmartMat program, complete intake, guide device setup and first scans, and encourage ongoing participation. Documents interactions in the EHR and CRM, tracks activation metrics, follows communication scripts, reports barriers and technical issues, and coordinates with Operations, Sales, and Device Operations teams to improve patient activation and satisfaction.

Drives revenue growth for a diabetic foot ulcer prevention program across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include acquiring new accounts, supporting VA Health System programs, delivering patient updates to clinics, educating clinicians, building clinical knowledge, managing growth-related activities, and developing provider relationships. The role requires extensive territory travel and collaboration with sales, care management, operations, and clinical teams.
