Drives revenue growth for a diabetic foot ulcer prevention program across an assigned territory. Responsibilities include acquiring new accounts, supporting VA Health System programs, delivering patient updates to clinics, educating clinicians, building clinical knowledge, managing growth-related activities, and developing provider relationships. The role requires extensive territory travel and collaboration with sales, care management, operations, and clinical teams.

Support post-market surveillance, complaint handling, document control, and QMS administration. Triage patient feedback, open complaint records, assist audits and CAPAs, maintain document control and QMS workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve device issues and improve performance.
