Supports day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, performance management, employee relations, compliance, engagement, and policy implementation. Maintains employee records and Paycom HRIS data, prepares reports, reconciles benefit invoices, supports employment law compliance, and assists with resolving employee concerns. Works independently with leadership and employees while maintaining confidentiality, handling multiple priorities, and participating in safety initiatives.

Owns administration and optimization of the NetSuite ERP platform across production and sandbox environments. Configures workflows, records, permissions, approvals, scripts, integrations, reports, dashboards, and data processes. Troubleshoots system and API issues, manages releases and deployments, ensures data integrity and security compliance, supports audit reporting, and partners with business teams and vendors to deliver scalable system enhancements.

Manages daily accounting operations, supervises the Accounting team, and oversees reconciliations, general ledger accuracy, financial statements, closing, budgeting, audits, taxes, inventory valuation, payroll entries, credit programs, leases, and government-contract reporting. The role maintains GAAP compliance, supports external auditors and banks, manages financial systems and reporting, and ensures accurate, confidential financial transactions.
