Leads strategic finance and business operations initiatives, including financial modeling, investment analysis, commercial evaluation, working capital strategy, and executive decision support. Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Manufacturing, and leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, improve profitability and capital efficiency, and support strategic planning. Develops business cases, dashboards, scenario analyses, and recommendations for complex, capital-intensive initiatives.

Generates leads and sales through inbound and outbound calling, develops customer relationships, provides quotes and product guidance, manages CRM activity, processes new accounts, prepares reports and presentations, coordinates with distribution and sales teams, and conducts customer product training.

Build and manage Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, and low-code AI solutions for business teams. Translate business needs into technical designs, integrate approved data sources and APIs, test agent quality and security, and maintain deployments. Lead workshops, coaching, AI champion programs, and adoption efforts. Partner with HR, IT, business leaders, and Security on governance, access controls, ownership, monitoring, cost management, and continuous improvement.
