Own the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, closing, and handoff. Build an outbound pipeline through networking, referrals, and creative prospecting; develop new geographic markets; travel to U.S. cities at least twice monthly; and meet with merchants and payment decision-makers. Help establish repeatable sales processes, messaging, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy while collaborating with leadership, Engineering, and Operations.

Build and maintain integrations between pmtbox and ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, APIs, and checkout systems. Develop JavaScript components, payment adapters, plugins, and reusable integration architecture. Troubleshoot transaction flows across browsers, platforms, gateways, and backend services while reading third-party documentation and independently resolving ambiguity. Collaborate with senior engineers and the CTO to support reliable pre-authorization checks, fraud screening, and future embedded cart and checkout experiences.

Build and maintain fintech products in a Rails and PostgreSQL environment. Responsibilities include developing tested product features, improving internal tooling and data workflows, creating enterprise integrations, refining AI-assisted development processes, and contributing to architectural decisions. The role emphasizes autonomy, systems thinking, workflow improvement, ambiguity management, and independently shipping reliable software within established patterns and CI pipelines.
