Manage and optimize lead capture, routing, and follow-up across Zoho CRM and ClickFunnels. Build and maintain automations (Zapier, Zoho Campaigns), maintain clean CRM data, coordinate hand-offs with sales and operations, produce funnel performance reports, and craft context-aware lead communications to prevent lead leakage and improve conversions.

Lead full lifecycle PMO and transformation engagements across EMEA, implementing the IMPACT Engine System. Conduct discovery, build business cases and roadmaps, establish governance, drive capability building, define KPIs, coach executives and teams, mentor consultants, and deliver measurable business impact. Remote role with up to 50% travel to client sites.

Lead delivery for transformation and PMO engagements using the IMPACT Engine System. Manage day-to-day execution, coordinate client workstreams, track risks and dependencies, prepare status reports, facilitate meetings, support change management, and ensure delivery quality using standard templates and KPIs. Contribute to client deliverables and continuous improvement.
