Implement secure coding (HIPAA/OWASP), optimized SQL Server database work, audit logging, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders, use Azure DevOps/Git for CI/CD and work tracking, and support migrations to cloud-enabled architectures.

The Response Planner assists in developing the Network of Neighbors, coordinates emergency responses, educates communities, and evaluates outcomes after traumatic incidents.
