Manages employee complaints, grievances, investigations, discipline, corrective actions, performance improvement plans, and performance evaluations. Oversees HR compliance activities, background checks, HRIS duties, documentation, audits, licensing reviews, and accreditation support. Ensures adherence to employment laws and behavioral health regulations, identifies risks, develops policies, reports trends, and supervises HR personnel responsible for compliance-related processes.

Supports justice-involved individuals with behavioral health needs during community reentry and diversion from incarceration. Conducts screenings, assessments, treatment planning, and behavioral health history research; coordinates referrals to treatment, medical care, case management, benefits, and social services. Builds relationships with participants, families, providers, courts, and city agencies; maintains confidential clinical records and program data; provides de-escalation, resource navigation, and reentry support at multiple community locations.

Provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based individual/group therapy (CBT, DBT, MI, IDDT, harm reduction) for high-need adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Participate in multidisciplinary ACT team meetings, case management, community and forensic liaison, maintain documentation and compliance, attend trainings, and participate in on-call, evening and weekend shifts to support community tenure.
