Lead PMG’s centralized resource management function, designing allocation models, forecasting capacity and demand, optimizing talent deployment, and advising senior leadership. Build scalable processes, data models, metrics, and planning tools across client teams, practices, and business lines. Partner with leaders to match skills to roles, resolve resourcing conflicts, support career development, and improve organizational performance and growth.

Develop and execute paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn. Manage campaign setup, trafficking, budgets, planning, forecasting, testing, reporting, and optimization. Translate performance data into actionable recommendations, collaborate with strategists, creatives, analysts, technologists, and platform partners, and use PMG’s Alli technology to improve workflows and campaign insights. Own project timelines and deliverables while contributing client-facing expertise and continuous performance improvement.

Leads and mentors an engineering team building scalable, reliable AI-powered solutions for PMG’s Alli marketing platform. Responsibilities include defining technical roadmaps, designing and deploying AI features, collaborating with product and cross-functional teams, guiding architecture and engineering practices, conducting code reviews, debugging, testing, and staying current with emerging AI and machine learning technologies.
