Teams at PMG OPCO - AUSTIN LLC

Provides licensed nursing care to residents according to care plans, physician orders, facility policies, and regulations. Monitors resident conditions, administers and reconciles medications, documents care, supports admissions and discharges, and coordinates with physicians, families, and care teams. The role also assists with staffing, compliance, infection prevention, QAPI initiatives, staff education, and resident-centered dementia and restorative care. Requires nursing licensure or graduation from an approved nursing program and the ability to perform physical resident-care duties.

Prepares, serves, delivers, and cleans up meals for nursing center residents. Maintains sanitary and attractive dining areas, supports meal service, and follows federal, state, and local food service and nutrition care regulations.
