The Cost Analyst manages real estate tax, financial, operational, and vendor data; administers tax payments, appeals support, invoices, and related processing; analyzes datasets; develops dashboards and reports; and improves workflows through automation and AI-enabled solutions. The role supports project controls, real estate operations, cross-functional initiatives, and business decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.

Leads complex construction project and program schedules using Primavera P6 and CPM. Develops baselines, monitors progress, performs forecasting and earned value analysis, conducts delay and claims forensics, and recommends mitigation strategies. Creates executive dashboards and reports, facilitates stakeholder planning sessions, enforces scheduling standards, and mentors junior schedulers.

Provides document control, project administration, and general office support in a construction consulting environment. Maintains project files, logs, correspondence, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and revision records; performs document quality checks; prepares and distributes reports and meeting materials; coordinates office supplies, service providers, project vehicles, building access, parking, and maintenance needs.
