Support cost management and project controls for engineering and construction utility projects: monitor budgets and forecasts, analyze costs and variances, track earned value, review change orders and contracts, develop estimates, prepare cost reports and cashflows, and support cost management systems.

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for engineering and construction projects using Primavera P6. Perform baseline reviews, critical path and risk analyses, monitor progress, analyze contractor schedules, prepare performance reports and dashboards, support Primavera administration and training, maintain scheduling standards and coding, and provide mentorship and governance support to ensure timely project delivery.

Lead project controls for complex engineering and construction projects including cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, schedule development and analysis with Primavera P6, change management, EAC analysis, cashflow forecasting, reporting, risk assessment, and mentoring junior staff while advising project teams and stakeholders to improve project performance.
