Lead delivery of complex building and renovation projects across full lifecycle: scope, schedule, budget, site supervision, QA/QC, stakeholder coordination, risk management, contract administration, and mentoring junior staff to ensure projects meet client and regulatory requirements.

Manage small-to-medium construction projects: plan, schedule, budget, supervise site activities, coordinate stakeholders, administer contracts, mitigate risk, ensure QA/QC, mentor junior staff, and drive project governance and recovery actions to meet scope, cost, and schedule objectives.

Provide project controls support across project lifecycle: develop and maintain integrated cost and schedule baselines, perform forecasting, earned value and variance analyses, maintain schedules and WBS in Primavera P6, support change control, prepare reports and dashboards, collaborate with stakeholders, identify risks/trends, mentor junior staff, and improve project controls processes for federal and large-scale capital projects.
