Lead scheduling and schedule control for a large construction project using Primavera P6. Develop, maintain, and update cost- and resource-loaded schedules; track progress against baselines; analyze critical paths, delays, variances, and impacts; conduct what-if analyses and recovery evaluations; validate progress through site walks; and present schedule reports and dashboards.

Leads project controls for complex airport and EPC projects, including cost management, estimating, scheduling, forecasting, earned value analysis, variance reporting, risk identification, and change impact assessment. Develops executive dashboards, improves project controls processes, and collaborates with project managers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to maintain budget and schedule performance. Provides mentorship, supports business development, and independently manages multiple projects and deadlines.

Lead the full lifecycle of complex proposals and qualifications submissions across multiple markets. Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, client-focused messaging, and persuasive written content; coordinate proposal teams, reviews, compliance, branding, and deadlines. Maintain reusable content and proposal tools, support presentations and client interviews, participate in go/no-go decisions, conduct market and competitor research, and contribute to social media, content, and event initiatives.
