Leads scheduling strategy, governance, execution, and oversight for complex capital improvement and infrastructure programs. Develops and reviews Primavera P6 schedules, analyzes critical paths, delays, change orders, earned value, risks, and recovery plans, and prepares cost-loaded schedules and executive reporting. Performs schedule forensics and time-impact analyses, supports claims assessments, conducts site visits, advises stakeholders, and mentors schedulers while advancing organizational scheduling standards and practices.

Leads project controls for engineering, construction, infrastructure, and capital projects. Oversees budgets, cost forecasting, scheduling, earned value management, risk and change management, performance reporting, and stakeholder communication. Directs Primavera P6 scheduling, analyzes project performance, develops recovery strategies, maintains project controls standards, and mentors project controls professionals. Supports audits, quality assurance, contract administration, and continuous improvement across project delivery programs.
