Supports Product and IS teams by developing enhancement requirements, workarounds, specifications, test cases, reports, and business process documentation. Performs UAT and functional testing, analyzes data, maintains application business rules and forms, coordinates vendor issue logs, and recommends process improvements. Requires accuracy, organization, effective communication, independent prioritization, and collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for insurance and corporate roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, compensation, negotiations, offers, and onboarding. Build candidate pipelines and external talent relationships, advise managers on compliant hiring practices, clarify staffing needs, support employee referrals and temporary staffing, and provide guidance on related HR matters. The role requires managing multiple searches, partnering with leadership, and supporting retention and career-path initiatives.

Investigates, evaluates, and resolves complex workers compensation claims. Determines coverage and compensability, manages reserves, negotiates settlements, coordinates medical and disability management, and ensures compliance with jurisdictional requirements. Collaborates with nurses, clients, vendors, and legal stakeholders while managing claim action plans, treatment authorization, return-to-work strategies, and potential fraud referrals. Provides customer service during claims reviews and maintains accurate, timely claim documentation.
