Teams at Plymouth Housing

Leads operations across a portfolio of permanent supportive housing buildings. Supervises site operations managers, monitors occupancy and rent collection, oversees budgets, compliance, inspections, safety, crisis response, resident grievances, and building performance. Partners with Facilities, Finance, Safety, and health teams to improve service delivery, maintain resident dignity, and support housing stability. Guides teams through operational changes and complex resident situations while ensuring consistent, hospitality-centered 24/7 building operations.

Manages a $30 million portfolio of government grants from application through reporting, ensuring compliance, financial integrity, accurate invoicing, audit readiness, subrecipient monitoring, and timely deliverables. Develops grant agreements, tracking systems, policies, and staff training while collaborating with Finance and program teams. Provides oversight to a Grants Specialist and supports financial continuity.

Leads an integrated talent strategy spanning workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, learning, leadership development, career pathways, succession planning, and talent analytics. Partners with executives and department leaders to align workforce capabilities with organizational goals, improve hiring and retention outcomes, and build scalable, equitable, trauma-informed talent systems. Oversees multiple talent functions and supports organizational growth, employee development, and long-term workforce stability.
