Design and deliver intuitive web experiences across the product lifecycle. Conduct research, create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces, collaborate with developers and product owners, and improve holistic user journeys and consistency across the platform.

Maintain, optimize, and develop the Pluxbox website and web experiences using modern frontend technologies. Build responsive pages, connect the frontend to a GraphQL-based CMS, fix bugs, add features, test across devices, and collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to improve performance, usability, accessibility, and SEO.

Contribute to functional and technical design, development, and maintenance of full-stack cloud software. Produce high-quality code, tests, and documentation, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and work on live projects using JavaScript/TypeScript and related technologies.

Provide first-line support for the Pluxbox platform via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot platform, RadioManager, and metadata issues; assist with installations, configurations, updates, and IT infrastructure maintenance. Log and track tickets, reproduce and test issues, maintain documentation, escalate complex problems, collaborate with development and IT teams, and help train users.
