Coordinate with sales, instructors, and operations, run regular check-ins and business reviews, drive continuous improvement, and ensure scalable, high-quality learning experiences from pre-sale through post-delivery evaluation.

Lead strategy and execution for rapid technical content across AI and emerging technologies. Build and scale a multidisciplinary team, establish operating rhythms and prioritization frameworks, and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver high-impact, timely learning experiences. Own portfolio delivery performance, experiment with new formats and AI-enabled workflows, and communicate priorities and risks to senior leaders while balancing speed, quality, learner value, and operational scalability.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, renewals and expansion. Own lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, use data and internal tools to measure health and utilization, take corrective actions, forecast risk and growth, and build trusted advisor relationships with senior technology leaders.
