Create high-quality 2D assets (characters, backgrounds, props), execute complex art tasks independently, export/slice/optimize assets for animation, provide peer feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, estimate tasks, follow art direction, flag pipeline issues, and develop/present concept sketches and progression chains.

Lead early-stage development and growth of casual F2P mobile games. Define core gameplay, validate concepts, run rapid experiments and A/B tests, analyze KPIs, and iterate through soft launch to scale. Collaborate closely with design, analytics, art, and engineering to build engaging gameplay and monetization systems.

Lead development of a Unity client for a new F2P mobile game, design scalable client architecture, integrate live-ops, analytics, feature flags and backend services, implement observability and testing pipelines, and drive technical strategy alongside the CTO.
