Fixed-term (10 months) Head of Operations maternity cover reporting to the CEO. Own day-to-day operations across London and Amsterdam, cash flow and financial oversight, supplier and contract management, people onboarding, data project delivery for the AI team, compliance and documentation, and investor relations support.

Develop and deploy state-of-the-art, highly efficient deep learning models (including multimodal LLMs) for on-device and cloud inference. Improve training algorithms, data pipelines, model architectures, and training software; optimize models for low-power embedded hardware and production deployments using company infrastructure.

Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art, highly efficient computer vision and multimodal LLM models for low-power edge devices. Improve training algorithms, data pipelines, model architectures, and deployment tooling to ship AI features to millions of cameras. Prototype demos and optimize cloud and on-device inference.
