Facilitate virtual peer support groups for trans, nonbinary, and non-cis members. Prepare structured sessions, manage group dynamics, address sensitive topics empathetically, support access to services, encourage community engagement, and escalate concerns beyond peer-support boundaries. The role also includes feedback on facilitator materials, occasional coverage for other facilitators, and optional event or community moderation work.

Leads and mentors software and QA engineers while contributing hands-on code, architecture, debugging, and code reviews. Owns QA strategy, automation, quality metrics, SDLC processes, delivery visibility, platform stability, compliance, and cross-functional release readiness. Requires balancing people leadership with technical contributions across a telehealth platform, including secure and scalable web applications and APIs.
