Leads four branch managers and companywide production execution across multiple markets. Owns scheduling, manpower utilization, installation quality, branch leadership development, KPI performance, corrective actions, and staffing decisions. Requires regular branch visits, jobsite verification, and installer ride-alongs. The role enforces established standards, analyzes schedules and labor reports, maintains builder commitments, and improves operational accountability across residential plumbing and construction operations.

Coordinate residential plumbing construction projects by managing schedules, bilingual team briefings, crew readiness, materials, permits, inspections, paperwork, dispatches, and field communication. Lead and hold crews accountable, support training, resolve issues across English- and Spanish-speaking teams, and coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, builders, warehouses, purchasing teams, and homeowners. Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation for emergencies.

Coordinates plumbing projects from planning through completion, including scheduling teams and contractors, tracking timelines, preparing status reports, resolving project challenges, and ensuring installations and repairs meet quality standards. The role requires coordination among plumbers, builders, departments, contractors, and installers, along with customer communication, troubleshooting, computer proficiency, and on-call availability for plumbing emergencies.
