The AI-Forward UX Designer will lead UX design processes utilizing AI tools for prototyping and user research while collaborating with clients and teams on projects.

Manage and optimize multi-channel paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), conduct keyword and audience research, monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA), manage budgets, run A/B tests, collaborate with creative teams, implement tracking/pixels, and deliver regular performance reports to improve ROI and lead generation.

The digital marketing specialist will manage SEM and paid social campaigns, focusing on client acquisition and performance metrics while optimizing strategies and budgets.
