Provide help desk and onsite IT support for stores and corporate locations: troubleshoot Windows/iOS devices, POS and e-commerce platforms, manage Microsoft 365/AD/SharePoint accounts, monitor security alerts, maintain asset records, perform installations and upgrades, and escalate to managed service providers as needed. Participate in on-call rotations and occasional travel for store support and openings.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and food-prep areas by washing and sanitizing tableware, cookware, and equipment; clean floors, walls, coolers; handle chemicals safely; remove trash and recyclables; assist with basic prep; follow food safety and company policies; communicate with team to support smooth back-of-house operations.

The role involves ensuring pricing accuracy, providing technical support for IT systems, and maintaining compliance with audit standards.
