Teams at Plum Market

Provides help desk and onsite IT support across retail stores, foodservice locations, and the support office. Installs and troubleshoots hardware, software, networks, POS and e-commerce systems; manages Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, user access, and technology assets. Monitors security alerts, assists with incident remediation, maintains system data, supports upgrades and openings, documents processes, and participates in on-call and occasional travel requirements.

Provides exceptional customer service in a grocery retail environment, creates displays, supports merchandising, completes tasks efficiently, assists department teams, trains coworkers, communicates respectfully, and follows company policies. Requires flexibility for varied shifts and physical ability to stand, bend, climb, lift up to 50 pounds, and push or pull carts up to 100 pounds.
