Leads the Floral, Candy & Gift department, overseeing product selection, ordering, inventory, merchandising, labor planning, customer service, vendor relationships, and financial performance. Creates seasonal floral arrangements and displays, trains team members, maintains product quality and safety standards, and ensures the department remains organized, stocked, and visually appealing. Requires flexible retail availability and the ability to perform physically demanding floor-based work.

Supports the Prepared Foods Department by providing customer service, preparing sandwiches and pizzas, replenishing and rotating showcase items, maintaining attractive displays, following food safety standards, and keeping work areas clean. Collaborates with team members and leadership in a fast-paced grocery retail environment while working flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
