Own an end-to-end product surface for an AI-native electric vehicle marketplace. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, designing and analyzing experiments, improving conversion funnels, partnering with engineering and cross-functional teams, translating requirements into specifications, building scalable systems, and owning key performance metrics. The role is an onsite senior individual contributor position requiring strong product judgment, analytical ability, AI tool experience, and cross-functional communication.

Own Plug’s event strategy and build its community function from scratch. Manage events end to end, including vendors, budgets, registration, logistics, attendee experience, communications, and onsite execution. Develop event ROI and attribution models, track financial performance, support leadership engagements, and collaborate across marketing, design, product, communications, partnerships, and executive teams. Build dealer, consumer, and startup ecosystem communities through owned-channel engagement and measurable growth and activation strategies.

Build and operate production machine learning systems for EV valuation, auction pricing, forecasting, demand prediction, battery health, and document extraction. Responsibilities include feature pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, drift detection, retraining, experimentation, and LLM evaluation. The role also strengthens ML engineering practices through reproducible training, model registries, documentation, code review, and collaboration within a small, high-autonomy team.
