Own cross-functional business operations projects from scoping through implementation and measurement. Diagnose operational inefficiencies with data, partner with functional leaders, design process improvements, and implement workflows, automations, and SOPs. Drive accountability without formal authority, facilitate business reviews, respond to metric alerts, and turn ambiguous operational problems into measurable solutions.

Build and maintain BI dashboards, models, reports, and executive presentations tracking auction performance, dealer operations, vehicle flow, pricing, and business KPIs. Conduct deep-dive analyses, explain metric changes, translate findings for nontechnical stakeholders, and support cross-functional business operations initiatives. Use AI tools to automate recurring analysis and reporting, including lightweight agents and pipelines.

Own Plug’s social media strategy and content across brand channels and the CEO’s personal voice. Create, shoot, direct, edit, write, and publish short- and long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn. Manage the content calendar, develop recurring narratives, engage with relevant online communities, and interpret social performance data. This hands-on onsite role may grow into team leadership.
