Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary design engineering team to deliver fuel cell system designs. Lead design reviews, CAD modeling, BOMs, engineering change processes, reliability and safety compliance, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement for manufacturable, high-quality products.

Lead and optimize day-to-day production and warehouse operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Oversee scheduling, inventory, material handling, and shipping; drive continuous improvement (Lean, 5S), KPI analysis, and corrective actions. Develop frontline leaders, partner with Engineering, Quality, and Planning for NPI and process control, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

Manage global product development programs from requirements through release, coordinating engineering, product, supply chain, quality, manufacturing and vendors. Maintain schedules, budgets and charters, run design reviews and phase gates, report KPIs and risks, handle scope changes, and ensure cross-functional launch readiness.
