Manage global product development programs from requirements through release, coordinating engineering, product, supply chain, quality, manufacturing and vendors. Maintain schedules, budgets and charters, run design reviews and phase gates, report KPIs and risks, handle scope changes, and ensure cross-functional launch readiness.

Manage end-to-end heavy haul and out-of-gauge domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers/3PLs and construction project managers, resolve customs clearance issues, maintain import/export compliance and documentation, identify duty savings and classification strategies, and use ERP/MRP and Microsoft 365 tools for collaboration and data accuracy.

Drive service and sustaining engineering for hydrogen infrastructure products to improve reliability, serviceability, and lifecycle cost. Lead root-cause analysis, field retrofits, design changes, documentation control, and customer technical support. Collaborate with vendors, development, and supply chain; support commissioning, training, warranty disposition, and reliability improvements. Travel to customer sites as needed and manage complex projects across the installed base.
