Provides user training and technical leadership while traveling up to 20% as needed.

Generates and qualifies sales leads for hydrogen fuel cell systems and H2 infrastructure. Researches prospective customers, builds relationships, communicates product value, supports sales-cycle progression, coordinates trials and customer visits, and provides information to account executives. Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Production, and other teams to support customer satisfaction, sales goals, marketing programs, product improvements, and operational feedback.

Owns a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs spanning product development, operations, customers, and company initiatives. Responsibilities include developing charters and business cases, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and scope changes, coordinating engineering and business functions, communicating with customers and senior stakeholders, recovering delayed schedules, mentoring program managers, and improving project management processes and tools.

Leads quality improvement and QMS development for manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include ISO 9001 compliance, audits, quality training, root cause analysis, complaint and failure investigations, inspection and verification strategies, NPI and ECO support, control plans, risk assessments, equipment qualification, and design transfer quality reviews. The role mentors QA personnel and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and suppliers to ensure reliable, compliant products.

Coordinate product build schedules and maintain ERP planning parameters to ensure material supply continuity. Process sales and transfer orders, support material shortage communications, coordinate logistics/warehouse activities, partner with engineering on material deviations, and drive process improvements and inventory investigations to support manufacturing production and delivery schedules.

Support reliability and performance of hydrogen fueling infrastructure by performing mass and energy balance modeling, ROI analyses, and system-level test validation. Maintain system requirements, process documentation, alarm and control narratives, and execute MOC for design/field changes. Collaborate with operations, field, and design teams to drive continuous improvement across GenFuel systems.

Support and improve product quality through development and maintenance of QMS (ISO 9001:2015), KPIs, root cause analysis, PPAP/PSW, supplier non-conformance handling, inspections, calibration, FMEA, audits, and cross-functional continuous improvement to ensure compliance and defect prevention.

Lead specification, design, integration and support of process equipment, control and safeguarding for PEM electrolyzer hydrogen systems. Develop process design basis, PFDs/P&IDs, control philosophies and safety documentation; participate in HAZOP/LOPA reviews; mentor engineers; review supplier quotations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and functional safety standards.

Manage and execute manufacturing projects from planning through evaluation. Develop schedules, allocate resources, monitor budget/schedule/deliverables, mitigate risks, coordinate stakeholders, implement change controls, and improve safety, quality, capacity, and cost.

Manage end-to-end heavy haul and out-of-gauge domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers/3PLs and construction project managers, resolve customs clearance issues, maintain import/export compliance and documentation, identify duty savings and classification strategies, and use ERP/MRP and Microsoft 365 tools for collaboration and data accuracy.
